This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our public-facing websites. This Privacy Statement is not applicable to any of SecPod Cloud Services which are governed by our Cloud Services Agreement.

Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate.
1.2 Collection of Information
- Directly from you — when you submit contact or enquiry forms, request demos/trials, register for webinars/events, subscribe to updates, or apply for jobs.
- Automatically — when you visit our sites or use our services, we collect device and usage data and use cookies and similar technologies; non-essential cookies run only if you choose them in “Cookie Settings.”
- From trusted partners and service providers — we may receive or validate business contact information from partners and providers that support sales, marketing, analytics, hosting, and billing.
- From public sources and social media — we may collect business contact and professional information that you have made publicly available, subject to those platforms' terms.

11.0 – Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
12.0 – Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights
Yes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine The Light” law) permits California residents to request information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes once a year and free of charge. Please submit your request in writing using the contact information provided below.
